What is your return policy?

Returns can be shipped to us within 3 months of the date your order was placed, but we please ask that you do so at your earliest convenience.

Items must be unused and suitable for resale.  

Please note that return labels are not available and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

To return products, please follow these steps: 

1. Repack the items including your delivery slip (a printable version is attached to your tracking email) OR a note with your name and order number.
2.  Address the parcel to:

3. At the post office, we recommend that you request a tracking number. 

Our warehouse will automatically process a refund to your original payment method when your order arrives 😊
