You can expect your delivery within the time frame listed at checkout, according to the courier you selected. It will also be listed in your tracking email. Kindly note, delivery times may fluctuate due to circumstances beyond the control of Hobbii.
If your order has shipped with DHL:
Please contact us if you see no tracking updates for 5 days or more.
If your order has shipped with a national courier (USPS, Canada Post, etc):
It is normal to see no scans between Denmark and the destination country. It is also common to see no scans while your order is being processed by customs (e.g. in the US this is often in Chicago or Miami). Please contact us if you have not received your order by the end of the estimated time frame.
If there are no updates with your national courier, please track via our local courier PostNord. This is where all parcels start their journey with 😊
